Sculptra Treatment

Sculptra®

Sculptra® is a popular cosmetic treatment that can provide long-lasting and natural-looking results for those who want to restore volume and firmness to their face. It is made up of poly-L-lactic acid, which is a biocompatible and biodegradable substance that is safe to use.

When Sculptra® is injected into the skin, it works by stimulating the production of collagen, which in turn helps to plump up the skin and restore lost volume over time.

The treatment typically requires a few sessions over several months to achieve optimal results, but the effects can last for up to two years.

It is important to have the treatment done by a licensed and experienced professional to ensure safe and effective results.

Sculptra® renews the skin by:

  • Smoothing wrinkles

  • Restoring volume

  • Improving skin quality, with increased skin thickness and reduced skin laxity

  • Improves the appearance of scars

Sculptra® is a poly-L-lactic acid implant liquid that is injected into or below the skin to increase volume of depressed areas, particularly to correct skin depressions.

Sculptra® may also be used for large volume restoration and correction of the signs of facial fat loss.

Treatment may result in injection site reactions and pain.

Ask your healthcare professional to explain the range of possible side effects and tell them if any side effects concern you.
